WELCOME TO THE NEW FHA LOAN.   VIRGINIA REAL ESTATE OPPORTUNITY FOR HOME BUYERS.

HAVING TROUBLE GETTING A CONVENTIONAL HOME LOAN APPROVED?  You bet!  Is the home you wish to buy in a “declining market”?  What’s a “declining market”?  What’s the solution?  FHA loan limits up to $729,750 for Bristow, Dale City, Dumfries, Gainesville, Haymarket, Manassas, Manassas Park, Woodbridge.  All of Prince William County is covered by the new FHA loan limit of $729,750.  AND the down payment is 3%, AND you may qualify for down payment assistance.
